Why RoomClimate exists
Cheap temp/humidity sensors only show a single number — never the dew point, mold risk, or whether opening a window would actually help. RoomClimate turns those raw readings into real damp-climate guidance, entirely on your phone.
What RoomClimate does
- Register rooms and assign a cheap BLE hygrometer or HA entity
- Passive BLE scan reads ATC/pvvx temp + humidity broadcasts — no pairing
- Computes dew point, absolute humidity, and a per-room mold-risk index
- "Ventilate now?" advice comparing indoor vs outdoor humidity
- Per-room reading cards with a simple recent trend
- Mold-risk shown with icon and text, not colour alone
- Export your readings to CSV or JSON
- Fully offline — no account, no subscription

Privacy and local storage
RoomClimate stores all readings on your device. Indoor climate logs can imply occupancy, so nothing leaves your phone. BLE scanning reads only public sensor broadcasts; no pairing, no cloud, no tracking.

RoomClimate may include optional, clearly-labelled links to BLE hygrometers and dehumidifiers in a single settings entry. Links are never required and never tracked by LokiSec.
