Why WholesaleLog exists
A small clothing-wholesale operation needs to track customers, a variant catalog, orders, invoicing, and stock — without paying for a cloud ERP or trusting customer data to a third party. WholesaleLog keeps the whole workflow on one device in an encrypted database, with GDPR- and HGB-aware customer handling built in.
What WholesaleLog does
- Customer directory with contact details, price tiers, and notes
- Product catalog: styles, size/colour variant SKUs, and per-customer price tiers
- Orders with automatic, atomic stock deduction on confirmation
- Generate and print HTML invoices with sequential order numbers
- Stock tracking with low-stock alerts, restock, and a movement ledger
- GDPR- and HGB-aware customer handling (anonymise vs. delete, retention dates)
- Export customers as CSV and a full backup as JSON
- Encrypted on-device database — fully offline, no account

Privacy and local storage
WholesaleLog is an internal business tool that stores business records, including customer contact data, in an encrypted on-device database. Nothing is sent to LokiSec. Optional Drive sync goes through your own Google Drive only.
Optional Google services

All Google services are optional. WholesaleLog works completely without them.
